Support payments and refunds

LaunchDetect is free to explore. The only current payment option is voluntary support through Buy Me a Coffee.

Before you pay

Support goes to LAUNCHDETECT LLC, a business in Hawaii, USA. This is not a charitable fundraising program; we do not represent support payments as tax-deductible charitable gifts. No payment is required to use the public dashboard.

A contribution supports the project without buying a product, a service level, or a promised feature. We do not add a LaunchDetect checkout fee. Buy Me a Coffee controls its checkout: review the amount, currency, any platform fees or conversion costs, and any optional recurring setting before confirming. We do not start a subscription from a visit or an inquiry.

Request a refund

If a payment was accidental, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise needs review, email ops@launchdetect.com with the payment date, amount, and receipt reference. Do not send full card or bank details. We review requests individually and use Buy Me a Coffee's refund process where a refund is agreed or required by law. Voluntary support is not automatically refundable under the platform's policy; we do not promise approval or an exact processing time.

Buy Me a Coffee recommends contacting the creator first. If the issue remains unresolved, use its support route. Read the Buy Me a Coffee refund policy and platform terms.

Recurring support, if you choose it

If the platform offers a recurring option and you select it, manage or cancel it through your Buy Me a Coffee account or the instructions in your receipt. Cancellation and refunding an earlier payment are separate requests. Contact us if you need help locating the right route.
